Our Story
Founded in 1992 by Glenn and Gary de Witt, we commenced business as a versatile one stop flooring shop offering experienced, reliable fitment of, carpeting, wood and laminate flooring, tiles, vinyl and blinds, carried out by our own in-house fitters specializing in their own field of expertise. We were appointed in 1996 to most of the Insurance Contractors panels as a preferred Flooring Service Provider. We are very proud of our relationships with Nedbank Insurance, Outsurance, Discovery Insure, MiWay, King Price and many others. We are also contracted to Brokers and Assessing firms country wide. There is no Insurance group that we have not delivered excellent service for.
Our assessing and fitting teams operate throughout South Africa, with offices in Durban, Gauteng, and head office in Cape Town.
Durban Offices service Pietermaritzburg, Port Shepstone, Richards Bay, Empangeni and Durban.
Gauteng Offices service Jo’burg, Pretoria, Witbank, and Nelspruit.
Cape Town Offices service Sommerset West, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Cape Town suburbs (Northern, Southern, CBD), as well as East London.
We are also proud to offer one off contract fitments and/or maintenance programs servicing all of the above. We stand by our products and fitting and deal only with reputable suppliers that can offer the guarantees we expect, to pass to our clients. We have rapidly grown to become one of the most respected flooring businesses in our Country. Our excellent service has made us the preferred service provider of various large corporate and small businesses.
Our Teams
Our world-class teams of fitters and assessors, nationwide, are expertly coordinated by Cathy from our Cape Town Head Office. She manages all communication, so you’ll be lucky enough to chat with her if you give us a call. Meanwhile, Hannah oversees all finance and HR administration, keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our Founders
Glenn de Witt
Glenn has travelled extensively through Europe, USA and Canada. He worked for ± 3-4 years owning and running an international franchise. His focus has predominantly been Sales and PR jointly.
Gary de Witt
Gary has extensive corporate experience and has successfully established multiple businesses nationwide. He holds Diplomas in Business, Financial, and Marketing Management and brings over 26 years of expertise in the flooring and related industries. Known for his sharp mind, strategic leadership, and entrepreneurial drive, Gary is the force behind the company’s continued growth and success.
